As of January 1st, 2010, the laws pertaining the Freedom of Information have changed. It is the policy of the Will County Sheriff's Office to fully comply with the new laws and handle Freedom of Information requests appropriately.
FOIA Requests
All FOIA requests must be in writing and shall include, the name, telephone number or contact number and email address ( if applicable ) of the requestor. FOIA request may be received at any of the Sheriff's Office Locations, or at;

No charge for the first fifty ( 50 ) black and white legal or letter sized copies. Additional copies 0.15 per page.
