WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A DEPUTY CORRECTIONAL OFFICER ELIGIBILITY LIST

THE WRITTEN TEST IS SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2017. THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FEBRUARY 1ST 10:00 AM. or when the maximum is received.
***PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE ACCEPTING A MAXIMUM OF 400 APPLICATIONS, THE TEST WILL BE CLOSED EARLY IF THAT LIMIT IS REACHED AND WEBSITE WILL BE UPDATED.
ONLY THE TOP 200 PASSING SCORES FROM THE WRITTEN TEST WILL CONTINUE IN THE TESTING PROCESS.

The C.A.T. (Corrections Agility Test) will take place on Feb. 25 & 26, and March 4 & 5. You will sign up for ONE of these test dates once notified of your passing written test results. Only the applicants that pass the written test will be taking the C.A.T. The fee for the C.A.T. is $45.00 which you will be responsible for paying.

The C.A.T. will consist of: Sit & Reach – 14, 1 minute sit up – 24, maximum bench press – 50% body weight for females 70% body weight for males, and a 1 mile run in 12 minutes or less. You must pass all 4 of these sections to pass the C.A.T. and continue in the process. More details will follow once you pass the written test. THIS IS A MANDATORY PART OF THE TESTING PROCESS AND YOU MUST ATTEND AND PASS YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO CONTINUE IN THE PROCESS. THIS TEST CANNOT BE RE-SCHEDULED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

The starting salary for a Deputy Correctional Officer is $47,689.00 with benefits and tops out at $75,491.00. Uniforms and training are provided.
